Bespoke ‘slash proof’ fabric development and supporting field products such as messengers and rucksacks - both laptop compatible to support Fabians’ travel to and from the expeditions.

Market led Eco-Collection, using recycled PET bottles for the fabrics, and minimum fabric cutting and finishing to cut down fabric lay and manufacturing time. Handles featured foam off cuts to reduce over all waste and back systems featured cut out areas which formed the shoulder straps and carry straps - the lay for the foam maximised usage. Trim development for the first fully recyclable zipper coil and pullers.
